Roslyn, is a Chartered Accountant and Principal of sgb griffith. She studied as a mature age student and completed her Bachelor of Management and Professional Studies majoring in accounting through distance education at Southern Cross University. At the same time, she worked for a local accounting firm gaining valuable business and taxation knowledge. In 2005 she gained her Chartered Accountants qualification. She has also had extensive experience working in business and the government sector. With over 20 years’ experience in Public Practice, Roslyn is proficient in Xero, Phoenix and is a MYOB consultant. She can convey information to clients in a way that is easily understood. The relationships built with clients while advising and helping them with their accounting, business and taxation needs is highly valued by Roslyn.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, sewing and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Griffith Avanti and has a love for travel which she shares with her husband Cyril.
Vanessa is a CPA and has had over 25 years’ experience in the accounting field and has been reduslim farmacia best reviews with sgb since January 2011. She has extensive knowledge of small to medium sized business and superannuation. Vanessa studied via distance education and completed her Bachelor of Commerce through Charles Sturt University. In 2005, Vanessa became a Certified Practicing Accountant. She is proficient in MYOB and Xero and at sgb is responsible for processing of self-managed superannuation funds as well as working with small to medium sized business entities.
In her time away from work she is busy with her young family and helping her husband with his consulting business.
Candiece joined the sgb team in November 2013 as an Accountant after completing her Bachelor of Business Accounting Degree in 2011 through Charles Sturt University. She has worked in the accounting industry since 2003 while completing her degree via distance education. Her other experiences include working within the banking sector and in small business accounting and finance. She would also like to commence her Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification in the near future.
Candiece works in the areas of small to medium business accounting and taxation and is also proficient in payroll and numerous accounting software programs including Xero, MYOB and Phoenix. Candiece enjoys working with all members of the sgb team.
When Candiece is not at work she is helping her husband run their small trucking business and looking after her family. She enjoys spending time outdoors and catching up with family and friends.
Nick has been a part of the sgb team since November 2017, with a diploma of accounting, he is currently studying a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) through Charles Sturt University. His role in the firm involves the processing and completion of Business Activity Statements, Tax Returns, preparing Financial Statements and setting up clients in our accounting program. As an authorised Xero advisor, Nick enjoys sharing his experience of Xero with our clients.
Weekends consist of studying, watching sports and hanging out with friends.
Jill joined our team in February 2017 as receptionist. Jill has a varied background in retail sales, customer service and teaching support.
Jill manages the reception area and always has a welcoming smile to greet clients, and answers to all their requests in a prompt manner. Jill has an excellent phone manner and will be the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call.
Jill enjoys travelling but is equally at home in the garden and spending time with her family.
Cyril’s working life spans 50 years and he is happily contributing at sgb griffith on a part time basis.
With a background in management and many years’ experience, Cyril is the Company Secretary and as such is responsible for maintaining all our clients company details with ASIC in a timely manner. His other duties include BAS preparation, assisting with tax returns, filing, administration and helping on reception when needed.
He joined Roslyn and her team in 2012, job sharing on the reception desk, and has been with them ever since.
He is a member of East Griffith Rotary club and enjoys time with the family and grandchildren, sudoku, anything about the Romans and travelling with his wife.

Changing to sgb approximately 4 years ago was the best thing we have done since opening our doors in 2012. After initial financial issues with our new business we are now going from strength to strength thanks to the incredible work and input from Ros, Candiece and the team at sgb griffith.
